7-day Return Policy
Tedbugs offers a 7-day guaranteed return policy that is intended to offer you peace of mind when shopping with us.
We do our best to make each purchase perfect for you. However, if these conditions do not exist, you can return the item to us within 7 days.
Defective Goods - Simply return the item to us and we will sort it out for you.
Points To Take Note:
- We will reject any products returned after 7 days.
- Products can not be returned after 7 days.
- Products that are stained, scratched, or with visible damage cannot be returned.
- All products must be returned with the Tedbugs product tag intact and undamaged, unaltered and in essentially the same condition as when the product was shipped.
- It is important to ensure that you are able to produce a courier or postal delivery tracking number for us to follow up with. Without this, we cannot demonstrate that the returned item(s) has safely been received.

Once the returned item has been received and accepted, a notification will be sent. Return deliveries and any incidental costs are not covered by the return policy.
